1. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts now takes a tax on all rentals of less than 31 days.
2. Both VRBO and AirBnb charge a rental service fee.
3. We have a 3-night minimum on all rentals.
4. We allow cancellations and a full refund within 60 days of arrival date.
5. We require 50% deposit on booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before arrival date.
